QUESTION:
I've just repotted a small ficus tree into your hydroponic system. How long do I have to wait to see if it worked?

ANSWER:
The time it takes for a new transplant to adapt depends on the type of plant.
If you don't see yellow leaves after 2 weeks (and the plant is using up all its water) your plant is happy in its new home!
It usually takes 4-6 weeks for most plants transfer from soil to hydroponics however.
If your plant is struggling, you'll see drooping (or yellow) leaves in the first couple of days.
