Genarally speaking, Dracaenas with wide leaves are easier transplants that Dracaenas with narrow leaves. And table-top size plants are always easier than floor plants.

Repotting large plants with narrow leaves (Drac. Marginata, Tricolor Dracaena) can be difficult. These plants abandon their existing roots and insist on growing new ones. This takes time and the plant becomes stressed until new roots form.

Creating ideal growing conditions to encourage new root growth minimizes the stress.
